NAVUBPP encourages institutions and individuals to prepare grant proposals to start new Veterans Upward Bound programs.  Currently there are only 46 programs in the country, obviously indicating some states have no programs and most states with programs only have one. Listed below is information about how you can start a VUB program.  Following that is information for programs who have just received funding and need information about critical issues related to beginning their project.
