On behalf of the NAVUB Conference Planning Committee, we would like to share some important
information about our NAVUB 2023 Annual Conference, April 2 - April 7, 2023 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Please mark your calendars and make plans to attend what is sure to be an exciting gathering!
As a reminder, you must be a current NAVUB member or have paid your 2022-2023 membership dues before registering for the conference. Please note that membership invoices were sent out in early October. If you have questions about membership dues, please contact Linda Morris, NAVUB Treasurer, at lmorris@gadsdenstate.edu.

In addition, to access information about conference registration and
hotel booking information see below. The hotel rooms can be reserved today for $145.00 per night, excluding (15.9% taxes), but you must mention your affiliation with our group. This rate will be valid through March 12, 2023, or until rooms have been sold out, whichever comes first.

Early Bird Registration: $400; until December 31, 2022
Regular Registration: $425; January 1- March 12, 2023
Late Registration: $500; after March 12, 2023
