The NAVUB Conference Commission would like to share the following information with you in preparation for the upcoming 2026 annual conference:

​Conference Date: April 12-17, 2026

Conference Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Conference Theme: "Empower, Evolve, Elevate into a New Era"

Host Hotel: The Royal Sonesta Boston

• Located at 40 Edwin Land Boulevard Cambridge, MA, 02142

• Group Rate: $309 per night, plus $15.99 state and local taxes; $25 per person per night for additional guests in rooms

• Hotel Cut-off Date for Blocked Room Rate: March 24, 2026

Conference Registration Fees:

• Early Bird: $750 (up until December 30, 2025)

• Regular: $825 (January 1- February 15, 2026)

• Late/Onsite: $900 ( February 16 - March 30, 2026)

• Non-VUB: $900 (current -March 30, 2026)

Note: Conference invoices will have the hotel link included to secure your room; however, in order to receive the conference invoice, your 2026 NAVUB membership dues must be paid in full and a conference registration completed with your preference for an individual invoice or group invoice.

 

Method of Payment:

• First option: Credit card via PayPal with a convenience fee assessed; however you do not have to have a PayPal account

• Second option: Institutional check made payable to the National Association of Veterans Upward Bound

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the NAVUB Treasurer, Beatrice Turpin-Peek before or by February 28, 2026. An automatic $150.00 cancellation fee will be imposed. Refunds will be on a case-by-case basis and must be an extenuating circumstance as determined by the Financial Affairs Commission and approved by the Executive Board
