To receive the conference rate, you must book your room before March 14th, 2024.

Please note that the hotel has the nights listed on their booking link, making it look like checkout must take place by the 18th.  Our rates are good for checkout through the 19th (Friday). 

If rooms at the conference rate have been sold out, consider booking a room at the El Dorado or Circus Circus.  Both are connected to the Silver Legacy Hotel and are part of he Row.

3/7/24 Message from NAVUB President, Ms. Chevonne Neal:
 

As you plan to make your reservations, or if you have existing reservations, YOUR INTENTION is important in that for ANY reservations cancelled after the cancellation deadline identified NAVUB will have to assume the burden of those expenses associated with your reservation.

 

I am excited that we have had an overwhelming request for additional rooms, I just want all of us as members to be mindful of our time, staff, and protect the integrity of the NAVUB.

 

Thank you for your attention to this matter.  I am looking forward to seeing you all in Reno, NV and moving forward with our most important work, Veterans in our VUB Programs.
