Director of the Henderson State University VUB project. Served 23 years as an Infantry Officer on active duty. Served in public education as a teacher and principal for another 15 years. I have a BSE, MA (HRD) and working on my EdD (ABD). I should complete my EdD (Organizational Psychology) in the summer of 2022.
